Welcome to Flux.art, an AI Image & Video Creation Platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.
Flux.art provides users with AI-powered image and video generation services. You can create visual content through text descriptions or reference images. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Your Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create (including input prompts, generated images and videos). You are free to use, modify, and commercialize your work.
Platform Rights: The Flux.art platform, AI models, interface, and underlying technology are protected under copyright law and owned by flux.art.
Public Content License: When you choose to publicly share your work, you grant Flux.art a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content for platform operation and marketing purposes.
AI Model Training: Unless you explicitly opt out, your generated content may be used to improve our AI model quality.
Flux.art provides AI image and video generation features (including text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, photo restoration, and related generation tools). This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and public or private content on the Platform. You must comply with this AUP in addition to the rest of these Terms.
The Platform prohibits generating, uploading, distributing, or storing content in the following six categories:
Absolutely prohibited (zero tolerance): child sexual abuse material (CSAM); content promoting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence; instructions for weapons of mass destruction; content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred; and non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals.
Other prohibited conduct includes: generating or spreading harmful misinformation; bulk spam or deceptive commercial content; jailbreak prompts intended to bypass safety measures; abusing the service for large-scale automated attacks; interfering with service security or performance; bypassing the credit system; and unauthorized access to or reverse engineering of our AI models.

We may refuse, remove, or block generation requests that violate this AUP, and may retain limited logs needed for safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP (including hate speech, CSAM, deepfakes, or IP infringement), please report it promptly:

You may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing support@flux.art with subject AUP Appeal within 14 days of notice. Appeals are reviewed by a person who was not the sole original decision-maker where practicable.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, flux.art shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless flux.art, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which flux.art operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
